To book with me, you can get in contact via either the 'Contact' section on this website or email [email protected]. You are considered fully BOOKED after the retainer is paid and contract is signed. Without both contract and the retainer, the date and time of the shoot will not be secured. 

Yes, I require both a $50 retainer (or 30% for weddings) and a signed contract in order to secure the date and time of the shoot for the clients. The retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the client chooses to reschedule it can be applied as a credit towards a future session.  If travel is required for the event, the retainer is 50% of the total cost of the session to book. 

YES! I try my best to remain financially accessible to everyone, while still covering my business expenses and providing for my family. I never want a client to feel like their dream session isn't financially possible. I offer interest-free payment plans for all sessions and they can be customized however you need to make your dreams a reality! Ask me about my unedited sessions that are half the cost of my regular sessions! (More about unedited sessions below)

My sessions come with a guaranteed minimum number of photos you receive. I hand select each photo from your gallery and deliver ALL of the best photos from your session using my discretion. That means that even if I promise 75 photos, you may receive more! I love my clients and want them to enjoy their photos as much as I do, so I deliver every precious moment from their session. 

I usually deliver a sneak peek within 24-48 hours in an online gallery and then add in the rest of the photos to the online gallery as I finish them! My turnaround time for a completed gallery is 4-8 weeks for regular sessions and 8-16 weeks for weddings. 

Things happen, life happens, I totally understand. I would always prefer to reschedule you so we can still create the dreamy photos you desire! If rescheduling is not an option, I ask that you cancel at least one week before your appointment. Last minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled time) and no-shows will require a new retainer to reschedule. If for any reason I have to cancel the session, all monies paid will be refunded within 30 business days. 

Any shoots booked within an hour of travel from Cookeville do not incur a travel fee. Travel within Tennessee and the immediate surrounding states is charged at $25 per hour of driving. Flights, transportation and hotel costs are covered by the client for destination photography.

Yes, I’m happy to provide either RAW files or unedited .jpg photos upon request through my "Straight From The Lens" sessions, which offer unfiltered photos delivered via an online gallery within 24 hours. These sessions allow you to receive every image captured during your session in its natural, untouched state. You’ll have full permission to edit the files yourself for personal use only, giving you the freedom to tailor the final look to your unique style or even outsource editing to another professional. This option is perfect for those who want quick access to their photos, a large gallery of unedited moments, and the ability to be creative with how the images are enjoyed. If you choose to share the photos publicly and tag me as your photographer (always appreciated but never required!), I kindly ask that you credit the images as unedited or mention the editor if someone else worked on them.
