To book with me, you can get in contact via either the 'Contact' section on this website or email [email protected]. You are considered fully BOOKED after the retainer is paid and contract is signed. Without both contract and the retainer, the date and time of the shoot will not be secured. 

Yes, I require both a $50 retainer (or 30% for weddings) and a signed contract in order to secure the date and time of the shoot for the clients. The retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the client chooses to reschedule it can be applied as a credit towards a future session.  If travel is required for the event, the retainer is 50% of the total cost of the session to book. 

YES! I try my best to remain financially accessible to everyone, while still covering my business expenses and providing for my family. I never want a client to feel like their dream session isn't financially possible. I offer interest-free payment plans for all sessions and they can be customized however you need to make your dreams a reality! Ask me about my unedited sessions that are half the cost of my regular sessions! (More about unedited sessions below)

My sessions come with a guaranteed minimum number of photos you receive. I hand select each photo from your gallery and deliver ALL of the best photos from your session using my discretion. That means that even if I promise 75 photos, you may receive more! I love my clients and want them to enjoy their photos as much as I do, so I deliver every precious moment from their session. 

I usually deliver a sneak peek within 24-48 hours in an online gallery and then add in the rest of the photos to the online gallery as I finish them! My turnaround time for a completed gallery is 3-6 weeks for regular sessions and 8-12 weeks for weddings. 

Things happen, life happens, I totally understand. I would always prefer to reschedule you so we can still create the dreamy photos you desire! If rescheduling is not an option, I ask that you cancel at least one week before your appointment. Last minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled time) and no-shows will require a new retainer to reschedule. If for any reason I have to cancel the session, all monies paid will be refunded within 30 business days. 

Any shoots booked within an hour of travel from Cookeville do not incur a travel fee. Travel within Tennessee and the immediate surrounding states is charged at $25 per hour of driving. Flights, transportation and hotel costs are covered by the client for destination photography.

Short answer, yes! I'm happy to provide you with either the RAW files or the unedited .jpg photos at an additional cost. Long answer: I am now offering "Straight From The Lens" sessions where clients receive all of the unedited photos in .jpg format via an online gallery within 24 hours of the session for $100 per hour of shooting. For those who prefer RAW files, my "Editor's Edition" sessions are available at $300 per hour. Both options can be added to any of my standard packages that include edited galleries. By choosing either option alongside an edited session, you will benefit from being able to download every image from your session within 24 hours. The most exciting part is that I grant my clients permission to edit unedited photos or RAW files for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This flexibility allows you to enjoy your photos in any way you wish. These sessions are perfect for clients who want professional photos with a quick turnaround time, complete access to all images, and the ability to tailor the look of their photos to their exact preferences. Clients can edit unedited .jpg photos with basic edits, get professional level edits with the RAW files, or even outsource the editing to any editor and get a completely different style from the same images. The only thing I ask in return is that if you tag me publicly as your photographer (not required but always appreciated), you also mention that the images are unedited or credit the editor if they were edited by someone else.
